Hi guys! It’s been a crazy week for me. I got back from LA and dropped right into New York Fashion Week and this is the first moment that I’ve come up for air. I can’t even process this week since I’m still beaming over my trip to the City of Angels, which is such an appropriate name since I feel like so much magic happened in my week away. As some of you know I launched my accessories line the night before I arrived and was in town for some beauty events as well as for my camera strap collaboration at Disney with It Cosmetics. I don’t know if it was the magic of Disney, the angels of LA or power of social media, but my line has been on fire! I’m overwhelmed by the amount of meetings, collaborations, events, orders and all around love that have come through. My gratitude meter is at an all time high, and can’t even express what all of this support has meant to me.During my trip, Lexus was generous enough to let me test ride the 2017 Lexus ES 300h, and that car took me everywhere! From Studio City to WeHo to Malibu (I even made a stop in the Valley), I was zipping all over LA from meeting to event to meeting. Normally, I have so much down time when I travel but I completely booked out this trip. I put in miles from LA to Disney (and stopped by Morgan Taylor for a tour of their facilities while visiting Orange County) and back before closing out my trip with a relaxing weekend in Palm Springs.
{Outfit details: Seven for all Mankind Top/Jeans, Dolls Kill boots, Baublebar earrings, Ray-ban glasses}All of those miles over the course of that week and I didn’t even come close to using a tank of gas! Everything about this car was LUXURY. From the comfortable, sleek interior, to its incredible gas mileage and quiet navigation (gotta love a hybrid), to the drive, this car was a dream. And I definitely didn’t feel out of place when I pulled up to valet at the Soho House Malibu. As much as I loved every meeting and event I attended the memories I carry the most are being in the car. I LOVE a good road trip — and so does Charlie. We stopped at every lookout point, played in what feels like every borough and went on hikes everywhere from Griffith Park to the tram hike in Palm Springs. I put his little dog bed in the front seat and he either sleeps or puts his arms up to see out the window. I moved around a lot and having the convenience of a car to put my life in made this trip for me!Thank you Lexus for the memories!
