I’m so excited to share a recap of an amazing La Colombe tasting event that I led an all-levels power yoga class for at Armature Works in Tampa.
First we do the yoga, then we drink the La Colombe Hard Cold Brew Coffee! I had an amazing time leading guests through a full-body flow to groovy soulful tunes. We did heart openers hip openers and journey back to self with meditation and breathwork at the beginning and end of class.
La Colombe Hard Cold Brew Coffee is exactly what the name states (LOL); its coffee that’s crafted with alcohol. It’s a available in two flavors: Black and Vanilla (which I loooove)!
I’ve never tried hard cold brew until being introduced to La Colombe and it’s definitely a pick-me-up that’s great for brunch with friends or if you’re a busy mama (like me) who needs a little boost before ladies night. I recommend sipping this medium roast coffee as a pre-turn-up!
It’s currently only available in a few markets. Tampa Bay is one of them and that’s why I was able to partner with them on this exciting tasting event.
If you’re wondering where I got this fab two-piece set with sheer leopard print accents, it’s from the newest KellyRowlandxFabletics collaboration.
Besides being super-cute (I got sooo many compliments in-person and online about this outfit.) It’s extremely comfortable from the soft fabric of the top to the waist-snatching leggings.

In addition to yoga, there were brunch bites, lots of free swag and a coffee tasting. I had a fantastic time flowing with all of the attendees and sipping the tasty new hard cold brew with my omies.
I want to give a special thank you to Meg Dreyfus for taking these amazing photos and allowing me to share them!
