Whether you add it to bath salt for a soak in the tub or use it as a facial toner, you’re sure to enjoy the beauty of its aroma. It doesn’t stop there with its benefits, lavender can be served as a great cup of tea for calming and relaxing your nerves.
Sage is an antioxidant making it the perfect go to herb for anti aging products. It’s rich in vitamin A and calcium. These two beauties make it perfect for cell regeneration.
Sage can be used to help regulate oil production in our skin. It’s also one of the main go to herbs for hair growth formula’s.
Aloe vera – Who doesn’t have aloe vera in their home? Vitamins, mineral and super hydrating is what you’ll find in aloe vera.

A Recipe to Save Your Skin
To relieve stress and offer calm to your skin and body try this.
Lavender Bath Salts
1 cup Epsom salt
1 cup pink Himalayan salt or sea salt (fine grain)
3 tablespoons sweet almond oil or olive oil
20 drops of lavender essential oil
1/4 cup dried lavender buds
Add salts to a bowl. Mix them together. Add the almond oil and essential oil and mix thoroughly. Stir in the lavender buds. Store in a tightly sealed jar.
Place your desired amount of salts in a muslin bag or handkerchief. Create a bowl if using handkerchief by tying in a knot and allowing it to dissolve in the tub. The reason for the bag or hanky is to catch the lavender buds so they don’t go down the drain. Okay …
