I was looking for a new style for my travels I have coming up and I wasn’t sure what to do.
Knotless braids are definitely my new go-to but I wanted to do something different. While I have loved the look of faux locs, I just don’t have the patience to sit there for 9+ hours. It is too strenuous on my body (and mind).
My line sister does individual crochet faux locs which I didn’t even know was a thing. It takes less than 4 hours and looks like it took 8 hours.
I searched about 8 different brands and locs on YouTube before running to the beauty supply store and decided to get Bobbi Boss Nu Locs. The hair came in 18” and I loved the natural look of their locs. They literally come in full locs and you only need three packs for this method.
I have so much versatility with these. I can wear my hair up in a ponytail. Half up half down. I literally can do everything I do braids with.
